Yes, there is! A summer without strawberries is possible! Without any problems and without any physical or mental damage! I've managed to ignore them since many years, although my beloved wife tries to slip me some of them every now and then (like a drug in a drink). You don't believe? Ask polar bears or penguins... ...they are able to enjoy there summertime as well without any strawberries!

Polar bears would even eat you, dear Pieni, if they were able to catch you! So obviously polar bears are not the right "benchmark animals" to discuss whether we'll survive summertime with or without strawberries. It's much better to ask the penguin if it prefers strawberries rather than fish... ;-) Uwe.
